What's the difference between your three services?
It comes down to where you are in your home journey. The Ember Edit is for homeowners getting ready to sell — we make strategic updates and style your space so it shows beautifully and sells for more. The Re-Imagine is for homeowners who want to fall back in love with where they live — we redesign and renovate the home you're already in. The Blueprint is for buyer buying a property and can’t see the potential — we assess the space and build a strategic plan that makes every dollar count.

With our one-hour consultation — in person or virtual — where we look at your space together and help you get clear on next steps. Any consultation fees will apply toward a larger package if you decide to move forward.
-
Not at all. The Spark is designed for the client who has a vision but needs a pro to sharpen it. Whether you're preparing to sell, settling in, or investing in a new space, we give you a strategic design roadmap you can run with on your own terms. It's a small investment for big ideas.
Your Spark report is tailored to your goals and can include curated mood boards, sourced furniture and product links, 3D renderings, and targeted staging or light renovation suggestions — everything you need to move forward with clarity and confidence.
If you move forward with the full package, that fee is credited toward your full package.

Depending on the scope, fees are either a flat project rate or an hourly rate. We'll talk through what makes sense for your project during your consultation.

Ember is not a general contractor — and that's exactly the point.
Most general contractors work with large builders and take up to 20% of your renovation budget. For the small-to-mid renovations most homeowners actually undertake, there's rarely a GC in the room at all. The tile guys show up. The painters show up. And nobody is making design decisions — or making sure those decisions connect.
That's where we come in.
We work alongside your renovation crew the way an interior designer works alongside a build team: as the creative lead and strategic eye. We make sure your contractors understand the vision, and we stay involved through execution to ensure that vision actually comes to life — cohesively, intentionally, and without costly missteps.
-
That's exactly what Ember is built for. Our services are structured around where you are — selling, living, or investing — so you're never paying for more than you need. Whether you want a one-time strategy session or full design oversight through listing day, we have a path for you.
